The bakery is located in the heart of Pitlochry, a step away from the high street. Adjacent to Atholl Road you will find Mill lane that runs along side the Moulin Burn.

Freshly Baked Bread, Pizza & Pastries

Every day, we bake a variety of fresh breads, pizza’s and pastries in our traditional stone oven. We take pride in using only the freshest ingredients—filling the air with the comforting scents of cinnamon and freshly baked loaves.

Some specialty loaves, such as our Rye Bread, require extra time to prepare and are available only on certain days. Please refer to the schedule below for details. To ensure you don’t miss out, we’re happy to take advance orders for collection.

We offer range of teas and coffees, all made with the finest roasted beans. From smooth lattes and rich espressos to comforting hot chocolates — plus a choice of refreshing herbal teas — there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Sandwiches

Freshly prepared sandwiches with a choice of bread, including; White/Brown Rolls, Focaccia, and Croissants.

Sandwich fillings change seasonally to ensure we're offering the freshest ingredients, with vegetarian and vegan options always available.

Everyday at 12pm we offer a variety of fresh, stone baked pizza's, that are available to enjoy in the bakery or to takeaway.

Our pastries are baked fresh every day with simple, high quality ingredients. Sweet, buttery, and utterly irresistible, they’re the perfect treat with your morning coffee.

My son and I walked along the main high street and had to follow the amazing smell that was coming from behind the shops.

We went in and bought an absolutely amazing loaf of bread. Goes without saying that the loaf didn't last the day as it was all eaten by lunchtime.
